Deepfire Fire Spread API

Run fire spread simulations from a Deepfire cluster and poll for the result. Queue a run with POST /v1/fire-spread/simulations, then poll the returned Location until status is terminal; the hour-by-hour spread polygons are embedded as GeoJSON in result.
